Brian Evans' signature course, THE PILOT PROGRAM™ is a comprehensive step-by-step program built specifically for actors who are ready to scrap the old Hollywood blueprint for success and empower themselves through a strategy of consistent creation of their own mini star vehicles in the form of a web series.

HOW DO I BECOME ONE OF THE 2%?

DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY ACTORS ARE SUCCESSFULLY MAKING A LIVING SOLELY ON THEIR WORK IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY?

Research says that number hovers around umm... 2%

Try not to freak out.  Simply ask yourself the question.  How do I become one of the 2%?

Now, you likely began acting because of your PASSION for turning the character on the page into a living, breathing human being with flaws and idiosyncrasies.

Through both financial and sweat equity, you've earned the title "professional actor," and now, you want to turn those hard-earned skills you've mastered into principal roles that offer the potential to earn real money and a successful career.

HOW DO YOU DO THAT?  Well,  you've got to STAND OUT from every other actor on the planet.  EASY RIGHT??

Would you believe me if I said you have everything you need to complete that task right now? Well, you do.  And although I don't have the space on this page to explain it all, the key is to remember one very important thing...

The industry treats YOU exactly the way you PRESENT yourself to it.   Let me say that again. The industry treats you exactly the way you present yourself to it.

In THE PILOT PROGRAM™ we allow you to REINTRODUCE YOURSELF.

WE HELP YOU TO SHOW UP for the industry the way YOU want them to see you.  As a unique, lead actor in your own STAR VEHICLE.

Our goal each and every day is to help you TRANSFORM into a CREATOR of your own features, shorts and web series.  We teach a simple strategy that helps you to consistently create fresh material that shows your current skill set.  And each piece is built with a single primary focus - to show off YOUR UNIQUE SKILLS as a performer.

PILOT PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

There are 3 objectives of the PILOT PROGRAM™ creation course.

1. To help you identify your strengths as an actor, as well as the best type of material to use as a vehicle to present those strengths to the world.

2. To help you to understand how to use resources that are already available to you to construct high-quality, low cost star vehicles for yourself.

3. To give you the necessary mindset, tactics and overall strategy to consistently produce the work that shows off your unique skills and presents you to the industry and your audience the way you want to be seen - as a uniquely talented actor with not only the potential to play principal roles, but the ability to generate your own commercially viable work.

Qualification Criteria of Each PILOT PROGRAM™ Member

There is a qualification process for each ACTOR. I will be personally delivering the coaching experience and I can only work with a select group of qualified ACTORS who want to achieve the 3 objectives above. I'll need a commitment from each member we enroll into the program. They must be prepared to begin immediately on their journey to meet these objectives by following each step in our process. By requiring this commitment up front, we make sure all members of the program have the best chances of success.

Just a heads up.  This program is not for everyone.  It will be challenging.  It will transform your relationship with the industry.  It will change the way you see yourself as an artist.  It will tap certain areas of your potential that you may not even know are there.  It will likely change the course of your career as, once you learn this simple strategy, you may not want to go back to the old way of doing things.   We ask that you take this commitment seriously, not for us, but for the success we know you're capable of achieving.  If none of this scares you,  then keep reading. You're in the right place.

WHO IS THE PILOT PROGRAM FOR?

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR...

ACTORS who want to STAND APART from every other actor out there, giving you the very best chance of not only securing lead and principal roles within the industry, but to create a lane that's all your own, with roles that are tailor-made for your skill set.

ACTORS who want to become the go-to actor for their specific type.

ACTORS who are tired of the old Hollywood blueprint of utilizing auditioning, i.e. asking permission from the industry, as the ONLY method to find success.

ACTORS who know their value and are no longer willing to be treated as a commodity. They know they have something unique to offer and believe in themselves enough to build a vehicle to carry those skills out into the world.

ACTORS who want to work on projects that they are aligned with, that inspire them, that take into consideration who they are as people and what kind of impact they want to have on the industry and the world.

ACTORS who are ready to make moves, right NOW to secure their future.

ACTORS who know that, like with anything new, they may feel trepidation, but they are prepared to feel the fear, but do it anyway.

ACTORS who actually CARE about their craft and want to contribute something REAL; something that represents them.  They are ready to do work they are truly proud of.

ACTOR who are tired of PAYING DUES, and BIDING TIME until they can someday find success and at that point, choose their roles.  They know they can TAKE CONTROL RIGHT NOW and are willing to do the work to make a new reality for themselves TODAY.

THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR...

ACTORS who are good with the industry as-is.  Who accept the idea of waiting around until someone out there creates a perfect role for them, on the perfect project, lead by the perfect director, on a project run by the perfect producer, that they beat out every other actor for, that breaks them out and makes them famous enough to have the power over their own careers.

ACTORS who are allowing FEAR to keep them in a position where they remain powerless.

ACTORS who don't understand the value of what we do as actors and accept being dismissed as a commodity.

ACTORS who believe that being an excellent actor ALONE is all they need to do to succeed.

ACTORS who have no direction for their career.  They are just taking whatever auditions come, hoping it will lead to success.

ACTORS who don't take 100% responsibility for their success or failure in this business or in life - i.e. actors who blame everything and everyone else for their challenges.

ACTORS who don't understand that in order to succeed at the level that most of us want to, it requires 10X the amount of effort we expected.  In other words they are simply not willing to do the work.

ACTORS who don't believe in themselves.  I can teach you the steps, but if you're convinced it's too late or you don't believe you have the talent, I'm afraid we're not here to convince you.  You don't have to know everything, but YOU MUST BELIEVE THIS IS POSSIBLE.

WHAT TO EXPECT

FORMAT
The format of the program is a healthy blend of structured pre-recorded modules taking your through the program step-by-step start to finish, and face-to-face virtual group coaching sessions providing stellar support through through masterminding and one-on-one sessions for particularly challenging areas.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

12 MONTHS ACCESS TO THE PILOT PROGRAM: ALL MODULES
The PILOT PROGRAM will teach you a step-by-step system to create your own high-quality web series episodes (or short films) with a primary focus on highlighting your unique skills as an actor.

WEEKLY LIVE GROUP COACHING CALLS
These calls will be conducted through a private facebook group or other secure portal.  Any and all questions will be answered with the goal of providing premium level support for those inevitable challenges that show up on every project.  We will discuss ways to keep you focused on the goals of the project, keeping costs reasonable, best planning practices, preventative measures to improve on-set efficiency and more.  Questions can include anything from ideation through distribution.

Once you've decided on a project and selected a screenplay you'll create your FLIGHT PLAN.  This is your personal blueprint to make sure each area has been properly planned.  Every project will have its turbulence, but we want to do everything we possibly can to make the "flight" smooth.

That means your FLIGHT PLAN will need to be tight and highly organized.  One-on-One PRE-FLIGHT calls will be provided before you shoot, to help you go through your FLIGHT PLAN and make sure you're fully prepared, with every "I" dotted and "T" crossed.   You will get actionable, expert guidance on what steps can be taken to insure a smooth shoot, and get you set for an easy transition into post-production.

AN AMAZING COMMUNITY
We work each day to create a positive, ethnically diverse community of driven, talented actors just like you, looking to become their dream, share their experiences and connect with others striving for the same goals.

ENTIRE PROGRAM CURRICULUM INCLUDING CHEAT SHEETS AND TEMPLATES
Take the guess work out of everything with templates and cheat sheets that will help you plan your projects, attract talented cast and crew members, and make sure you stay on track to achieve the specific goals for your project.  With the many details that come with completing even a small shoot, we all need help staying focused and these templates and cheat sheets will help keep you on course, anticipate problems before they happen and minimize the chaos.

DO YOU REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED ACTING?

As an actor, you probably didn't come into the business with much of a plan beyond training, auditioning, and hoping for the best.  That system doesn't achieve stellar results for most of us, leaving us in survival mode while we "pay our dues" and try to find success.

  SURVIVAL MODE often includes:

*Allowing your time to be controlled by others who often aren't even paying you - i.e. working for free*
*Begging managers and agents to meet with you through repeated calls and inquiries hoping representation will solve your problem
*Undervaluing yourself and your talent, and, as a result allowing yourself to be treated as a commodity
*Taking whatever roles show up, even if they aren't very good or worse, you're embarrassed to be playing them.

SPOILER ALERT: THIS IS NOT COOL.

It lowers our self-esteem.  It lowers morale.  It undermines your self-confidence.
You might be saying to yourself, "Well that's the way the business works.  What choice do I have?" You've gotten into this business because you love acting.  You love the creative process.  You love the variety.  You love the collaboration with other actors and writers and directors.  But when faced with the reality that making it as an actor isn't always about how talented you are, the picture changes.

The business becomes frustrating, stressful and unfulfilling.  Over time, needing to stay ready to drop everything and run to an audition or slap together a self-tape, working on projects or taking roles you're not aligned with, even having to forego important family and social events, all while trying to stay afloat financially - it starts to take its toll.  It often leads to FATIGUE, BURNOUT, RESENTMENT and maybe even thoughts of QUITTING the business altogether.

TIME FOR A CHANGE.

NOW, I'm not telling anyone to stop auditioning.  And yes, there are some parts of any major undertaking that we're not going to enjoy, but we need to stay connected to what made us choose this profession in the first place.  In my experience, that usually happens when we work on projects we love, performing roles that inspire us, with people who we respect and enjoy working with.  It's really that simpleThat can only happen consistently when we take back a little control over our lives and careers. That happens through CREATION.

Running around on everyone else's schedule to any audition that shows up is not a plan.  And there's absolutely NO GUARANTEE that the perfect "breakout" role will show up - EVER.  The only way to be 100% sure that it will is to KNOW WHO YOU ARE, KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BEST AT and CREATE that role FOR YOURSELF.

Once you begin this process, you'll have as many chances at this as you'd like.  You never have to worry about competing for these roles.  They're all yours, right from the start - #LessStress. You can work with the people you enjoy working with - #MoreFun.  You'll be INSPIRED on a regular basis.  And the fact that EACH PROJECT WILL BE TAILOR-MADE FOR YOU will certainly contribute to you performing at your best.

This system also gives you a chance to grow over time.  To test different skills and get feedback.  To get better as an actor.  To start growing an audience.  And maybe, just maybe, be happy each day instead of feeling like you're "serving time" while waiting for the freedom that success will ultimately bring you.  In fact this strategy will MAKE TIME SERVE YOU from day one.  Because each day that you're not on someone else's television or movie set, you'll be building a platform of your own which will change your relationship with the industry forever.  It will make you more valuable.  It will remove the "commodity" label. And you will begin to amass a body of work that no one can duplicate, because it is so specifically and undeniably YOU.  And here's the point when FATIGUE, BURNOUT and RESENTMENT become RENEWED ENERGY, INSPIRATION and EXCITEMENT about acting career and about your life.

This won't be all sunshine and rainbows.  But neither is the antiquated strategy of fighting every actor on the planet for any decent role that happens to show up.  At least this way, you get to be YOU.  You get to choose your work.  You get to choose your collaborators.  You get to set the standard for the quality of your material.  You get to be excited about consistently building characters that inspire you.  And you get to keep putting them out into the world until the world sits up and takes notice.  And if you bring your talent, and your drive and your passion, it ultimately will.  And when it does, if you do it right, the industry you've been chasing for all these years will begin chasing you.  Not with a single role in a single project, but with they may just arrive with  money and resources to help you do more of what you're already doing.  I don't know about you, but that sounds like success to me.

So take a minute and remember why you began acting in the first place.  Seriously.  Right now close your eyes and remember where you were when you decided, "this is what I want to do for the rest of my life."  What did that feel like?  What did you see?  I'm betting that creating work you love, with people you love working with was part of that vision.  Well, despite what the industry might have you believe, that option is available right now.

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

BECOME YOUR DREAM.
